Seasonal Afternoon Tea Set

Matchali, a local go-to cafe specializing in matcha, coffee, vegan soft serve and all-day healthy food. Best known for their hand whisked matcha drinks made using matcha sourced directly from Uji, Kyoto. To celebrate the arrival of spring, I have lined up with the brand and partnered to launch a seasonal Afternoon Tea set at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, inspired by the delicate and elegant flavours of matcha and hojicha. 

In this partnership, we co-created “The Farmhouse x Matchali Afternoon Tea”, which features sweet and savoury specials made using Matchali’s first harvest, hand-picked, ceremonial grade matcha and roasted hojicha from Kyoto. Leading the launch, I coordinated a media tasting session, interactive whisking workshop, social media giveaway, media pitching and influencer collaborations, securing extensive media coverage and strong influencer momentum.
