Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe, a local brand brings to Hong Kong retro and contemporary British sweets. To celebrate the festive season, I have lined up with the brand and co-launch a limited-edition dessert collaboration at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, featuring exclusive desserts infused with Mr Simms’ most popular sweets, delivering a delightful fusion of British heritage and seasonal indulgence for diners.

In this partnership, we introduced exclusive dessert selections co-created with Mr Simms at The Farmhouse, enriching the festive buffet spread with nostalgic British sweets alongside seasonal classics. Leading the launch, I coordinated the festive backdrop and candy corner installations, menu creation, social media content, and influencer collaborations to drive engagement and festive excitement.
